Our activities include distribution and marketing, with a particular focus on planning and implementing go-to-market strategies for innovative medical technology in the EU, especially in the D/A/CH region and in select CCE markets. We concentrate on a number of medical specialties including cardiac surgery, vascular surgery, cardiology, and general surgery. Actual sales, fulfillment, and customer service are primarily carried out through our Austrian entity, MIN Medical GmbH.
The other is Venture Building, where we work with selected start-ups to help them develop and scale. Learnings from our daily interaction with customers on the distribution side and the insights emanating from our deep network of healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, purchasing & administrative staff, etc.) enable us to quickly, but thoroughly, assess a given innovation and to understand and recommend required development steps.
